35-40 business days are advised on average for custom builds (some ebikes we may have in stock ready to send). A member of our team will contact you if you haven’t discussed previously about all areas of your order (Standard or Custom). Once your eBike is built we will send you photos of your full build to check, then your order is ready to be sent.

Delivery/shipping:

We can ship to most places worldwide. For shipping, it will depend on your location and various methods. We offer a Quick delivery that is subject to quotation to your location once supplied that will take 12-14 days (Ask for a quote)

Standard low-cost shipping is 30-35 days on average. This in most cases is inclusive of all import taxes.
